RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Please check the delivered shipments in your order within 2 days of receiving.

Please report any issues in your order to us with unboxing videos and images of the products with issues.

Please report issues by opening a RETURN REQUEST by using the returns form in our website information section.

Returned products will need to be safely shipped back to us in original packing without any damages.

We take responsibility for any mis-shipments, courier damaged, lost, stolen, defective units, short in quantity, wrong products and will assist you in the return process.

REFUNDS

For PREPAID orders, the refund will be initiated to the same payment methods used during order placement.
